    Risk Managers Only

Most Risk Managers understand the concept of “Risk Bearing Capacity”.  However, few have practical ways to calculate and communicate it in metrics that resonate in the c-suite.  Those who do typically enjoy more flexibility using alternative risk finance techniques to drive cost-efficient use of insurance capital.

In this intimate session, Jeff Guttman https://www.hubinternational.com/offices/us/illinois/northbrook/will share practical methods that you can use to calculate your company’s “Risk Bearing Capacity” against key financial metrics such as cash flow, working capital, EBITDA, etc.   Unlike traditional RIMS educational sessions, this intimate round table forum presents a safe zone for Risk Managers to interact and share best practices with one another.

Risk Managers attending will receive free access to run an initial Risk Bearing Capacity analysis for their company.
