Food is fundamental. It sustains us, fulfills us and fuels our wellbeing. As a global leader in human and animal nutrition, and the world’s premier agricultural origination and processing company, ADM is devoted to that impact every single day. At ADM, we need people who are passionate about solving the nutritional challenges of today and tomorrow. People who want to contribute to something greater than themselves, making a lasting impact. It's more than just a job; it's an opportunity to connect with a higher purpose.

ADM’s Insurance & Risk Management Team plays a key role in bringing ADM’s vision to life. Why not join us?

We are looking for a Risk Manager-Casualty to lead the design, implementation and operation of ADM’s risk management and casualty insurance program in the United States and Canada.  We are looking for an analytical, innovative, solution-oriented person with the desire and ability to drive improvement, and identify efficiencies.  The Risk Manager-Casualty will report to the Enterprise Director for Insurance & Risk Management in Chicago, and partner and interact regularly with our commercial, operations, finance, and legal colleagues to implement and communicate insurance solutions for existing and emerging risks.  This role will advise the company on coverage elections, insurance structures, policy wording, and overall risk management.  This role will also supervise the adjustment of certain types of claims for the Company, including product liability, product recall, and general liability property damage claims.
