Deirdre Manna

SVP & Head of Government & Regulatory Relations, North America
Zurich North America

Deirdre Manna leads government and regulatory relations for Zurich North America, developing and advancing state and federal public policy initiatives that align with business priorities. With over 25 years of regulatory and political engagement experience, she oversees Zurich's political operations including the Zurich Political Action Committee (Z-PAC) and manages teams in Washington, D.C.

Before joining Zurich in 2018, Deirdre served as Political Engagement and Regulatory Affairs Vice President at the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) and as acting Director of the Illinois Division of Insurance. Named among the insurance industry's Elite Women of 2017 by Insurance Business of America, she currently serves on the boards of the Global Business Alliance, Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, Harper Community College Foundation Board, and Insurance Information Institute.

Deirdre earned her bachelor's degree from Drake University.

Rebecca Fozo

AVP/Senior Consultant, Claims Judicial & Legislative Affairs
Zurich North America

Rebecca is an AVP/Senior Consultant in Zurich North America's Claims Judicial & Legislative Affairs team, where she provides education and public discourse on issues involving legal system abuse and works with industry partners and tort reform groups to address social inflation.

Her diverse background includes handling complex international claims, long tail chemical exposure claims, and multi-district litigation and class action claims for Zurich's Mass Litigation team. Before joining Zurich, Rebecca was a Chicago-based attorney defending municipal entities and private corporations in municipal litigation, personal injury, toxic torts, and employment law.
