Annual Golf Outing - Monday, September 25, 2023

Agenda
Below is the agenda for the day, along with some additional information.

• Registration: 9:00am – 10:30am (no breakfast)
  
• Putting Contest: 9:00am – 10:00am
• Call to Carts: 10:45am (Box Lunches will be on the carts)
  
• Shotgun Start: 11:00am
• Bags Available: 4:00pm
• Golf Clinic:  3:00 p.m.  (included in the Cocktail Reception fee of $50 pp)
  
• Cocktail Reception/Hors D'oeuvres (considered dinner) at the conclusion of the outing.  $50 per person (includes golf clinic).

GOLF FEES
You may register for any of the following options:

• Individual Golfer @ $225 per person
  
• Foursome @ $900 per foursome
  
• Golf Clinic / Cocktail Reception @ $50 per person
  

Here's what's included in your golf fee:
Whether you register as an individual golfer or are part of a foursome, the following amenities are included in your golf package:

• Green Fees and Golf Carts
• Practice Range
• Box Lunch (on golf carts)
  
• Beverage Cart (on course)
• No Drink Tickets - all you can drink
  
• Cocktail reception and hors d' oeuvres
  

Whether you pay by credit card or by check, you MUST REGISTER on this website to golf, sponsor an event, or attend the cocktail reception/golf clinic only. You may skip the payment section by leaving the boxes blank.  The registration system will save your form awaiting payment.  You are not confirmed for the outing until we receive your credit card payment or check.  Make checks payable to Chicago RIMS Chapter and mail to: Maggie Divarco, Chicago RIMS, 318 Half Day Road, Buffalo Grove, Illinois  60089.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We have many sponsorship options available to consider supporting. To sign up for any of our sponsorship opportunities just click on the REGISTER button on this page.   Details for each sponsorship are shown below. 

(1) Cocktail Reception Sponsorship (includes foursome):   Sponsorship of the Cocktail Reception is single Level of Sponsorship for our Golf Outing. There is one Cocktail Reception Sponsorship available. Sponsorship Donation is $2,500.00. Sponsor  will have a table and chairs at Cocktail Reception entrance, and be able to interact with all Cocktail Reception attendees.  The Sponsor will also have the opportunity to display on Signage near Cocktail Reception, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Sponsor Promotional material may also be displayed or provided for the event.  The Cocktail Reception Sponsor will also receive an event foursome package.

(1) Halfway House Sponsorship (includes foursome):  Sponsorship of the Halfway House is a single Sponsorship for the Golf Outing. There is one Halfway House Sponsorship available. Sponsorship Donation is $3,000. The Halfway House will be open during the event and provide free coffee, soda and selected snacks. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Halfway House, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. A table can be made available for two Sponsor members to be present to distribute or display Sponsor Promotional material and or provide Sponsor Promotional material for the event.  The Halfway House Sponsor will also receive an event foursome package.

(1) Golf Carts & Golf Clinic (includes foursome):   Sponsorship of the Golf Carts & Clinic is a single Sponsorship for the Golf Outing. There is one Golf Cart & Clinic Sponsorship available. Sponsorship Donation is $2,500. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage on each Golf Cart, near Golf Cart Starting position, and at Golf Clinic.  Sponsor may have a representative attend the Golf Clinic.  Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Sponsor Promotional material may also be displayed or provided for the event. The Golf Cart & Clinic Sponsor will also receive an event foursome package.

(1) Lunch & Roaming Beverage Cart (includes foursome):  Sponsorship of Lunch & Roaming Beverage Cart is a single Sponsorship for the Golf Outing. There is one Lunch Sponsorship available. Sponsorship Donation is $2,500.  Sponsor name will be displayed on each lunch box, signage near morning line up, and on Roaming Beverage Carts.  Beverage Cart Drivers may wear Sponsor-related flair (shirts, hats, pins, etc.) In addition, Sponsor will be in Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Sponsor Promotional material may also be displayed or provided for the event. The Lunch & Roaming Beverage Cart Sponsor will also receive an event foursome package.

(1) Stationary Bloody Mary Station (includes foursome):  Sponsorship of the Stationary Bloody Mary Station is a single-Sponsorship Level for the Golf Outing. Sponsorship Donation is $2,500. There is one Stationary Bloody Mary Station Sponsorship available. Sponsor may have two Sponsor members present during the event. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage on the Stationary Bloody Mary Station, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Sponsor members may be present to distribute or display Sponsor Promotional material and or provide Sponsor Promotional material for the event. No outside liquor can be present. The Bloody Mary Bar Sponsor will also receive an event golf foursome package.

(1) Putting Contest & Kick-Off Announcement:  Sponsorship of the Putting Contest is a single Sponsorship for our Golf Outing. Sponsorship Donation is $1,500.  Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage on or near the designated Putting Green. Sponsor may manage the Putting Contest and interact with participants, at the time of event if present. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Putting Contest, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Sponsor members may be present to distribute or display Sponsor Promotional material and or provide Sponsor Promotional material for the event. No outside liquor can be present. Event kick-off announcements will be held at the Putting Green shortly after content. 

(6) Platinum Hole Sponsorships:  Sponsorship of the Platinum Holes is a multi-Sponsorship Level for the Golf Outing. There are six Platinum Hole Sponsorships available. Sponsorship Donation is $1,250. Platinum Hole Sponsorship will provide Sponsor with a 32' x 72" folding table and table cloth and two chairs. Sponsor may have two Sponsor members present during the event. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Sponsor Hole and/or table, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Sponsor members may be present to distribute or display Sponsor Promotional material and or provide Sponsor Promotional material for the event. No outside liquor can be present. Tables will be set at holes designated by Golf Course and Event planners. Sponsor will be notified of hole location prior to the event. No outside liquor can be present.

(3) Closest to the Pin Sponsorships:  Sponsorship of the Closest to the Pin is a multi-Sponsorship Level for the Golf Outing. There are three Closest to the Pin Sponsorships available. Sponsorship Donation is $500. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Sponsored Hole, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned.  Closet to the Pin holes will be designated by Golf Course and Event planners. Sponsor will be notified of hole location prior to the event. No outside liquor can be present. Sponsor will not have a dedicated space or area at event, only signage.  However, Sponsor may distribute promotional material at event.

(3) Longest Drive Sponsorships:  Sponsorship of the Longest Drive is a multi-Sponsorship Level for the Golf Outing. Sponsorship Donation is $500.00. There are three Longest Drive Sponsorships available. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Sponsored Hole, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Longest Drive holes will be designated by Golf Course and Event planners. Sponsor will be notified of hole location prior to the event. No outside liquor can be present. Sponsor will not have a dedicated space or area at event, only signage.  However, Sponsor may distribute promotional material at event.

(3) Longest Putt Sponsorships:   Sponsorship of the Longest Putt is a multi-Sponsorship Level for our Golf Outing. Sponsorship Donation is $500.00. There are three Longest Putt Sponsorships available. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Sponsored Hole, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Longest Putt holes will be designated by Golf Course and Event planners. Sponsor will be notified of hole location prior to the event. No outside liquor can be present. Sponsor will not have a dedicated space or area at event, only signage.  However, Sponsor may distribute promotional material at event.

(12) Tee Sponsorships:  Sponsorship of a Tee is a multi-Sponsorship Level for our Golf Outing. Sponsorship Donation is $500.00. There are 12 Tee Sponsorships available. Sponsor name will be displayed on Signage near the Sponsored Hole, in Event Highlight Video during Event, in Post Event Highlight Video and whenever sponsorship is mentioned. Tee Sponsorships will be designated by Golf Course and Event planners. Sponsor will be notified of hole location prior to the event. No outside liquor can be present. Sponsor will not have a dedicated space or area at event, only signage.  However, Sponsor may distribute promotional material at event.
