The Annual Golf Outing launches Chicago Risk Week (September 21-24, 2026), a four-day experience culminating in the 11th Annual Chicagoland Risk Forum on September 24th. Many attendees participate in both events, creating extended networking and relationship-building opportunities throughout the week.

One Sponsorship = One Company
Each sponsorship package may only be purchased by a single company and cannot be split, shared, or divided among multiple organizations. This policy ensures streamlined communication, efficient payment processing, and clear brand recognition for our sponsors.
Sponsorship Packages Subject to Change
While we strive to provide accurate information, sponsorship packages and event details are subject to change as planning evolves. All sponsors will be notified promptly of any modifications that may affect their sponsorship experience.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither Chicago RIMS nor Sponsoring Company will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Sponsorship Application that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental actions or omissions, changes in law or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
Should this event be cancelled for any of these reasons, the sponsoring party will be entitled to apply the sponsorship dollars to the next Chicago RIMS Annual Golf Outing.
